had my annual check-up today, doc told me "everything looks pretty good, but at ur age i would suggest that u don't misbehave" .. .. .. i told him "me? not misbehave? but doc! i've only got ONE foot in the grave!!"
Hello tucsonsky.Congratulations on the results of you'r health check.I,on the other hand tend to keep away from these.It never bodes well for me.Apart for the yearly check on one of my cancers,I tend to keep a low profile.I now have one and a half feet in the grave.Strangely enough,over the past 15 years,I have been visited twice by an emaciated apparition wearing hooded apparel and carrying a scythe.I told him to push off.I suspect he was one of the local farmers pleading poverty and hoping for a financial contribution.You can't be too careful these days.My own philosophy is to take one day at a time.Works for me.I wish you well......enjoy you'r good health.Every day is precious.
