Bachman Turner Overdrive...Canadian band with one of 4 songs that made it to #1 in which the lead singer s-s-s-stuttered. Can you name the other three?
Hello my friend.Had a few LP's of Hendrix.Sad he died so young.Magic to listen to.Now there's a man who could really play on.Gave all my LP's away when CD's became popular, including a few Beatles albums. In retrospect, not one of my better decisions.
Guess have to get my glasses fixed on year of Hendrix death of 1070 , dah! Lost alot of LP's and 45's in small house fire in 1983 , so missed a lot of good albums thanks for yard sales , flea markets ,and youtube . also off to typing classes.
Thanks for the video homedoggy. All recorded on 78's originally.hence the background noise. One of the first of the blues singers although he didn't see himself as such.He may not have recognised blues as a song form, perhaps more of a minstrel.Part of blues history now.Back to the wine.Sweet potato curry and chips later.Wales against Australia tomorrow a.m our time. What a weekend! All the best for you'r lad.Ithink the wine is starting to take effect.Time to go.Regards to you'r wife.Bye.
