Forum is back

It was down for so long because the main server died and the forum database was shared with another database that was having trouble coming back up. I'm still fixing that db, but I was annoyed that one bad db could take down both the blog and the forum, so I split them up. Hopefully if it crashes again the forum and blog will recover even if this 3rd has trouble again.
