I was able to finish the turn 1 version of that shuffle. Both the cards you listed are in the deck.

4 of clubs ends up in far right column, 3 of clubs , 4th row from right , goes on 4 of diamonds, no problem here 21st , first two attempts. first time have played Klondike 3 in while.
