When I try to start a game, the mouse doesn't move the cards. It's stuck in one place.

Possibly, you need to replace your batteries. I do not think it's a site bug.

other than batteries mentioned you may also hit replay button a few times on left side on freecell game screen toolbar I do it for minor glitches once in a blue moon.
