I can't adjust the size of the card

Please describe the problem in detail:

There is a gadget or a tab missing. I don't know what you call it, but something is missing.
I can't adjust the size of the card. it gives out BIG cards. I can't handle that.
There is no tab to let me adjust the size of the card I want to use.

Sorry about the confusion. We moved the Card Size control to the menu in the upper left corner.
