Can't move a full suit or resize the cards

Please describe the problem in detail:
Problem #1
when a suit is complete it can no longer be moved to the upper field.

Problem #2
The option to resize the cards so the game will fit on the screen is no longer available.

Damn, I thought we fixed this. Is this all the time? Or just some of the time.

We moved this to the "Card Size" menu yesterday. Let us know if it doesn't work for you. It's new so it may have problems.
