    The Free Cell score is the number of cards moved to the foundations. Usually at least 10 people win the game and therefore have a score of 52. To sort people with the same score, we prefer either the shortest time or the least number of moves, depending on which column title you click on. If case of a tie in moves, we will use time and visa-versa. If you are logged in then we only show other people who are logged in. If you aren’t logged in (I recall that) we will also show other people who are not logged in. There are lots of other subtleties, but these are the basics.
