Auto-fill login changed?

Jim / David — Safari (12.1 - 14607.1.40.1.4) on Mac (10.14.4), as of today the login dialog doesn't auto-fill from the system Keychain. Fields remain blank (white). Did something change on your end, say the class or ID of those form fields? It's not uncommon for Keychain auto-fill behavior to change with new Safari releases but Safari hasn't been updated in some weeks.

    Hmm. I just logged in with Safari on iOS (12.2) and the same Safari (12.1) on the same Mojave (10.14.4) and it auto-populated for me on both.

    FWIW, on March 3rd, I did change the login fields to hopefully make them better at auto-populating. Before that, there had been no change to the login fields for many years.

    OK strange. I quit Safari, cleared cookies back to a saved state, and restarted the browser. Auto-fills now. I could swear I had restarted a few times after it was failing. Ah well, carry on, and thanks.
