dirtylegs just played the game in question , the Queen of clubs I placed on fourth column, and 4 of spades was able to move up to Aces pile, as I use google chrome on my laptop , finished 47th at 2:34 and locked board as not use to this game, for first game of Klondike3 , just started playing Klondike recently. Hope someone with more experience on this game can offer more insight to your problem of cards , might suggest if you can redo the game which you can by clicking on Replay, if it does it again , make a jpg image of it and post it on this forum , it may be addressed, with this particular game number. You can bring game screen back up and on toolbar it states game number right click on the square , click backspace and type in #255440784 then hit enter to see if it might have been a glitch, Have fun , play on.
