i see many players reporting games in as little as four seconds. that's ridiculous. if it's true I want to see how it's done
Here's @DeusExMachina playing a game in 9 seconds:

I recorded a legit 3 second score on the game discussing in this thread: https://forum.greenfelt.net/discussion/8400/not-a-freecell-super-move-player-well-you-gotta-try-it-with-this-game
...and even provided step-by step instructions.
I think the word “Macro” in Denny’s second user name is essentially his way of admitting that he had some kind of electronic assistance to record his daily 3-5 second scores on the Freecell GotD. If the Show First Score option is off, you’ll see that he booked a time of 10-14 seconds, which I’d wager is totally legit.
This thread addresses an app that can be used to record a solution and play it back at higher speed: https://forum.greenfelt.net/discussion/8342/bots-work
That was too cool to watch. I'm trying some of that and it's fun.
Competitiveness, practise, initiative, genius but essentially determination to do it for yourself to gain the most satisfaction
