Annoying beep on undo

When I do Command-z to undo on my mac in firefox 3.0.6 I get beep (as in the usual os beep for nothing to do) even though it does do the undo.

I'm not getting this with the newly released 3.5 version. Do we care about the old one now that the new one is out?
