Unusal Pop-up during playing green felt solitaire

Please describe the problem in detail:
Hi, I was playing green felt solitaire on Google on Monday and a full page pop-up appeared. I did not touch anything else, but playing the game. I believe It said Twitter, which I have never signed onto. The message was disturbing so I just glanced quickly and go rid of it. It was something about Islam and negative message. I called my carrier and he said if it happens again to do a full virus scan. Regards, D. V.

We do not have popups or ads on Green Felt. Maybe you have had browser plugin installed (surreptitiously) that shows ads?
