Please describe the problem in detail:
i had registered as Casandra a couple of weeks ago and am now informed I am not registered. I also tried to re enter with the name Casandra and am informed the name has already been chosen. please advise asap. thank you, Casandra. I had access until two days ago

Hi Casandra,

I think you are clicking "New User", when instead you should type your name "Casandra" into the "Username" box and your password into the "Password" box and click "Login". Please let us know if this does or does not help.
