cannot log in because when I type waterglass only the W e and r are recognised. As you can see, it is not my keyboard as I can type waterglass here without any trouble

That's interesting. Would you mind trying to type every letter and letting us know which ones work. I can imagine that somehow that the card highlight keys ("c", "d", "h", "s", "r", "b", "a", "j", "q", "k", "r", "t", "0"-"9") are being stolen by the card highlighter when you are trying to type your password. That shouldn't happen, but it would explain it somewhat. If that were the case then you should be able to type a "g", but not "r", so that doesn't fit your list of letters. Do you notice that when you type an "a", that the aces highlight instead of the "a" being inserted into your username?

What browser are you using?
