It looks like you're using an old version (Firefox/27.0). Any particular reason you don't upgrade? I'll see if I can find 27 to test with.

I'm having the same problem using Google Chrome, Version 34.0.1847.131 m

Ok, I found the old version and pyramid worked just fine. Could you try holding shift and clicking reload. Does that fix it? I wonder which extensions you use? Could you give us a list?

Ok, since it's face up I'm thinking the error is due to loading an out of date source file for some reason (we're supposed to have a system in place that prevents that).

Can I get a couple people to open the console and see if there are any errors there? Here's how:

Firefox on Mac: Tools menu -> Web Developer -> Web Console

Chrome on Mac: View menu -> Developer -> Javascript Console

Firefox on Windows: Menu thing at the right -> Developer -> Web Console

Chrome on Windows: Menu thing at the right -> Tools -> Javascript Console

The "Menu Thing" (which probably has a better official name) is on the toolbar and looks like this:

I am having the same problem using Google Chrome for Wiindows Version 34.0.1847.131 m

i checked in the console as you suggested but did not see any errors. The cards are showing face up in one pile in top left corner.

ok I upgraded to 29.0 but Pyramid is still not displaying. The stack is face up.

I opened the console but have no idea what I am looking at--would not know/recognize an error even if there was one there.

I can even find that menu thing, sorry - not very computer literate at all.
