Screen with freecell game is frozen

I've written before. Is ther a new program? Have I missed something. I can connect with green felt freecell, but when the game comes up, it is frozen. I have pressed down on "shift and F5 with no result. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Jack,

    Thanks for trying again. I wonder which browser you are using? Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari? Depending on your answer, it might help to try one of the others. Also, if it's one that has a "Web Console" in the menus, it'd be nice to see if you get any error message.
