cardbacking choice

Yesterday, I could choose the backing for the cards (like the penguin); today that option is gone?

It's moved! You can find it by clicking on "Backs" in the upper left. You can how select multiple backs and we'll choose randomly between them for you. Of course if you select one, you'll get that one.

Problem is they are all checked already & one has to UNcheck those one does not want. Since I don't sign in I have to Uncheck them every single time. If they were all left unchecked I could just check one I wanted & get on with the game.

You shouldn't have to check them every time, even if you are not logged in. Please let us know if you do have to. Maybe I'll change things to default to all the backs unselected, so picking your single favorite is easier? I'll look into it.
