Please describe the problem in detail:
nothing on the game will play. the undo and redo buttons are shaded gray.

Sorry about that. Usually a reload (Control-R or Command-R on a Mac) will fix it when this happens.

This is just because you haven't made a move yet. There is nothing to undo or redo.
