Please describe the problem in detail:

When moving a card to another card, the moved card winds up underneath the card you are moving it to. It distorts the order and is difficult to see and very confusing.

    That is annoying. I can reproduce this now and it looks like a bug in Internet Explorer. :( I haven't figured out how to fix it yet. If you use Firefox / Chrome or Safari it shouldn't happen.
