why does website go down

I've had trouble with the website not opening - or closing in the middle of the game. When I can't get on - I suffer withdrawal!! It doesn't happen often but often enough!!

Same here, yesterday and today. I assume they are working on the site.

Sorry for the outage. The power got pulled on our server and it took us longer than expected to get it back up and running.
