Please describe the problem in detail:
Have changed operating systems on this computer (currently using windows 8 preview). Card deck loads, but will not show cards laid out. Suggestions. I tried giving it plenty of time to load, but still no cards laid out to play. Thanks.

Hi Merzy,
Sorry to hear you're still having problems.
Could you try changing the card size using the "Card" menu at the top. Again give it a bit to load (bigger cards take much longer). If different size cards work then you might just need a Shift-Control-R to force a reload.
