You have to drag the completed pile up to the foundation by hand (or just press Control-A). We thought about doing it automatically, but in spider it's so infrequent to have a completed pile, it didn't seem worth it.
What we will do (which I think really makes the game play better) is move things out of the way for you. Try doing a move that is one or more moves ahead. We'll often just do the right thing and make it happen. For example if you need to move a card out of the way to get to the one below it, try just grabbing the one below it. We'll move the top one for you. If you need to move a card out of the way before dragging something on top of it, just pretend it was done and we'll likely move it for you as well. Once you get used to the idea, you'll see that you save more time with these tricks than doing the eight completed piles automatically ever could.
Have fun,
