Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
I have been receiving a message that says the server is undergoing maintenance for three days now. My log-in is Lucky999 and this generates the error after competing a game. However, if I log in from another computer as an "Anonymous" player, there is no such problem which appears to be only for my "Lucky999" (default) registration.

This is silly. I no sooner wrote my note, closed the browser, then started a new session, and it is working perfectly, first time in three or four days.....
Yeah I'm not sure what's happening there. Everything appears to be running and we haven't really seen a dip in played games, so it doesn't appear to be super widespread. We have seen some sporadic spikes of errors a few times per day but they're measured on the scale of seconds, not days.
As Jim replied in another thread, today we discovered some sort of corruption in our high score database. We're working on a fix, but no matter what it'll probably take a several days or more to get it running smoothly again. We might have to bring the database completely offline to fix the issue. Let's hope not.
If you need the information, I am certainly one of those affected. Thanks for all your work.

signed in years ago and haven't had to again until now. I came up with this lame name just to get on the site. I'm still @ptownpapa on my amazon Fire. @jim @david HELP - magically erase the OLD @ptownpapa and let me sign in properly I promise I will carve my password into my deek. OH! and the new and wonderful greenfelt insists I must sign on every time I open greenfelt - WTF??
log in with an older id and all is well. Any new id added since somewhere early this year pops up a "server error" message when game ends. It promises to add your score when the server maintenance is done, but that never seems to happen!
@RamBoxq or @ptownpapa I think I felt a disturbance in the Force!
