    I click on a card to shift it legitimately and it won't move

    Sometimes there are two, to our estimation, equal choices of where to move, and we won’t decide for you. You’ll have to drag the card/stack to show us which you want.

    If you take a screen shot and post it here we can determine if that’s the case or if there is a real bug.
