Player with a Hate/Threat Name

Hi There! Tonight when playing Freecell I noticed that someone has the name "hARRIS=DEATH". I am concerned about this because is sounds like a threat and like hate speech. This kind of language should not be allowed on a public forum. Can you do anything about this? Do you have rules about this? Can you make this person change their name? In today's climate, it doesn't take much to set gun people off. It's fine to not like Harris, but not to call for her death.
