I know I'm old but how does a person get 137 moves in just a few seconds?

On the same game?
Here's a thread with a video of how the user did it; also, it's in the FAQ (I just discovered this today myself).

[edit: it's legitimately done by hand, and this is a good demonstration, but the touch-screen must be necessary; I doubt it could be done with a mouse or trackpad.]
"MOVES NOT TIME" How do you consistently get into the top 10? What short cuts do use?
What Super Moves apply to a game like Forty Thieves where: "You may only move the top card from any tableau."? (That is, one card at a time until a suite is complete, then that group of cards is automatically moved to the foundation.)
I'm looking at Game 4261412845 (Game Of The Day today) where the leader made 112 moves in 43s. The #2 player made 114 moves in 3:10. As I write this, 600 players had completed this game. None in the Top 10 (Time heading selected) had a time under 2:07.
No one else out of 600 knew the right Super Moves? Not even close?
