Scoring

About 70% of the time, instead of a scoring list I get an error message that it couldn't be recorded. Inconsistent as to when that happens, but it's been going on for about a week.

Thanks for your report. This either means our server is being unreliable or your internet connection is unreliable. If we hear from others that they are also having problems I’d lean towards our sever being the issue. If you keep the tab/window with the game open we’ll keep retrying to send your game results. In the upper corner there’s a little spade and a number representing how many games there are still to send. You should still be able to play without a connection as long as you don’t switch games.

I have unable to receive my scores as well. The spade in the upper right informs me of 9 missed tallys.

I've had the same problem. Mostly it works; problems seem to be random

I mostly get my score. Sometimes, though, if I have to wait up to a minute, I'll just click to close it and move on to the next game. This has been occurring quite a bit lately.

We're definitely having a problem on our server. Jim and I are still diagnosing it so we don't know when it will get better, but we're trying to figure it out.
