Add info when special occasion card back is displayed?

When special occasion card backs are displayed, it would be interesting/educational to know what the occasion is. I don't always recognize the pattern/flag/symbols. Maybe add the new back to the Deck Back screen/menu (temporarily?) with a brief mention of what the special day is (nationality, event, etc.). No biggie, just a thought.
