This comes up when I’m. In the middle of a game and can’t get it back. If it happens again I’ll give up doing it. You also lost my user name!

What comes up? There are no ads or interruptions on this site. Have you done a malware and virus scan?

I think they are clicking on the help bar at the bottom of the screen.
