Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
I play this solitaire game all the time - win some and lose some. It was always challenging. Now, for both my husband and I this is nothing but a source of frustration. We're only able to finish about 10% of the new puzzles being shown. Someone cranked it up to impossible difficulty, and it's not fun anymore. (we almost always scored in the top 20 to 50% unless we surrendered the puzzle). Nothing is fun if you have NO chance of learning, improving or winning.

I can assure you nothing has changed recently. The shuffles are random! Streaks happen; both winning and losing streaks. Glad you enjoyed our site up until recently, and I hope the tides turn for you!
