    Hi @larivee,

    Has Green Felt worked on this device recently? If so, as @kat14 says, just reloading should fix it. If this is your first time on this device it might be too old. If so, we maybe be able to make it work for you, but will take some back and forth as we don’t have any old Android devices to test on.
