Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
Trying to upload a new user picture. Only option I get is to edit current picture. No option to upload new picture. Help, please.

@sierrarose, when you click on your picture-there should be a green box that says "change picture." Click on that. That should open a section for uploading new photo. Good luck.
The 'change picture' box doesn't work; not enabled? Tried that. (Every day this week.) Only thing I can do is edit current picture. Hoping @jim or @david might have an answer.
It worked for me. I hope they can fix yours.
