Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:

just finished a game of green felt solitaire. when game at end and all cards going up game stopped because the jack of clubs and the queen of diamonds were not there

    Just played the game of Klondike you mentioned as play Klondike frequently , the Jack of Clubs , and the Queen of Diamonds end up in the middle column of 7 rows of cards , as the Jack ends up on the Queen in the sequence of cards . No missing cards here on this end.

    Just played it-just won it. No missing cards. @riverrat55 is correct on where those cards are.

    I had a similar problem on addiction. I was using the larger cards and discovered that one column was not showing. Could that be your problem.
