MJ prefers Red Port but a fine Welsh Cheddar goes especially well with beer. Welsh Rarebit, to die for.

I LOVE Welsh Rarebit Ptownpapa. Was my favorite hot school lunch as a kid. Now you've gone and done it. I've just got to make it this weekend. 😋
