error 502

I won a game & somehow i was booted out of site with an "error 502'' message & cannot get back in. I am writing from webtv unit because I cannot access on my Mac. I'm a new computer user so I do not know what to do to clear. I did empty the browser cache but still get the error message. I was using Safari on a Macbook.

ok the error 502 it finally cleared itself out-fot the future what is the procedure to fix such an error?

In general if it doesn't clear itself up in 5 minutes, then posting on the forum is best way to get our attention.

Ironically, the root cause of the downtime was us trying to fix the short interval of 502 errors when we restart the server. Sadly, we hadn't quite perfected the steps and due to a mistake on my part the system went down and I didn't notice until I saw your forum post.
