Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:

Jim +/or David. I have tried for few weeks to sign in but couldn't. My password which I have had since joining (I think) was rejected. I wonder if I have done something or if it is a bug. I could not create a new password because I was required to use my old password. After trying to connect with you for several days I finally realized that I had to create both a new login name password. Would love to have the original ones. Thanx, S

Went through the same thing but after a couple of days trying to log in and create a new password it started working again ???
