    Thanks for your reports Moochie. Our reliability clearly needs some work. BTW, your games are not lost when this happens. A little spade should appear in the upper right hand corner that represents your unrecorded games. It will go away when it is able to finally send the information. You can force it to try again by clicking on the spade.
