You can change back and forth from scoring by moves or scoring by time by clicking on the header row in the score table. Click on "Time" or "Move" to change to that sorting.
Fantastic, this has been driving me crazy since I joined. I feel the game should be scored on moves rather than time. honestly the less moves you make the better player you are I feel.

Where is the score table? Header row? How do I change to moves rather than time?
On the score board that pops up at the end of a game, or when you click the High Scores button, click Moves, at the top of the board, and the games will be scored by the number of moves not time. To have the scores rated by time, click time.
