Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:

If this is a two suit game, why are there three seven of hearts in my game?

    Because it's still a 104 card game, just like "standard" spider. If you only have 2 suits instead of 4 then you need to double the number decks to get up to 104 cards (since at that point you are only using half of each deck). There are, in fact, 4 of each card. Single suit spider has 8.
