Please describe the problem in detail:
I have had to register under three different names. Most recently I've used the name "melcena" but now this name is not being recognized and I am again being asked to change. i've forgotten my first name--possibly "beth", then used "snail" and most recently, "melcena". Now that is not appearing and you are again directing me to change my name. What's the deal???
