    Example: I had a black "5" at the bottom of a column and couldn't add a red "4"

    Try changing the size of the cards to see if that helps. In the upper left hand corner, of a game screen, you'll see: "Games Size Deck Contact Us FAQ Leader Board". Click Size and then the size of cards that works for you. (Thanks, @goodtime2 , that's a better answer. :) )

    I play Solitaire3 all the time and have been since this site started... if you have a long column, just click on the card that needs to be played and it will automatically be put where it belongs... if you click on the Red 4 to go on the Black 5, just remember that you can continue playing on that column. with the Black 3 and Red 2... (if they show up) you can also, arrow down to see what cards are below the screen... Hope that is of help... Have fun...
