    @cminahan ... I play Klondike turn 3 all the time... when you first log on the little blue circle is letting you know that the site you want is downloading..... once you have logged in with your username, the "milky screen" is now connecting to the game site... when that occurs. just let it take its time to get to where its going. and let it do its job, before your screen for the game appears... hope that is helpful. Enjoy the game.
