You asked for more information so I played 4 games in a brief amount of time, each with a score discrepancy (I think.)
Game #2009190129 @ 8:26 PM Computer Score: 14 - By My Count Score was 19
Game #1001247278 @ 8:30 Pm Computer Score 13 - By My Count Score was 17
Game # 281143454 @ 8:43 PM Computer Score 19 - By My Count Score was 22
Game # 306434112 @ 8:53 PM Computer Score 16 - By My Count Score was 20
I still like the game and when I found it I didn't even bother with the score, it was just fun then I looked at the score and thought "That's weird"! And here we are!!

Here's what that game's tableau looked like when you finished:
The first row has 4 in sequence, the second has 4 as well, the third has 6 and the fourth has 11.
The FAQ has an entry for how these are scored (#13). Consulting that table we get:
1 + 1 + 3 + 9 = 14
3 + 6 + 1 + 3 = 13
This one is interesting because it hits a special case: If you have a row with 2 through King plus the gap at the end then we count the gap as part of the run to get to 13 (since there are no aces).
13 + 0 + 2 + 4 = 19
3 + 5 + 3 + 5 = 16
Hope that clears things up.
@david thanks for explaining why a full row is counted as 13, it had me puzzled.
