Why with more moves do i get a lower score
Comments
kfar, the scoring is based on score of 35, I seen you achieved 34, moves of 50 and time of 0:58 seconds , as I see on scoreboard you placed 6-7 , it also that some did complete the 35 scoring , so you will be down in placement of finish, and some had less moves based on 52 cards , and time and also it is some played earlier than you so it their scores will appear first, am new to all versions of Golf Games for which am sending you feed for in secret games by accessing FAQ in upper left , hope my message clears up reasoning in your getting lower score, Good Luck enjoy the other versions of Golf.

scroll down to blog question #12 and you will see two versions of Golf that I enjoy very much, and other games , that not many players and for you being new to sight , hope to see your scores on the leader boards for Golf. Have Fun Take Care,
Still don't understand the scoring. I've noticed from 46 moves on down you get the same score but 47 and above the score ranges from 35 to 31. So sometimes when i score 48 moves the score can range from 31, 32 up to 35 and the same for moves up to 50. Even adding in the time factor sometimes the score does not make any sense.
yes I know it confuses even myself, I was just trying in attempt to explain , never was good at explaining things , can tell you as more you play Golf or any games you will with practice your scores will improve some games are not easy as if you check out my forum on Golf Unsolvables if you can find it in list on forum. I do hope you click on Secret Games in FAQ and try these versions as well as you can find it on feed or FAQ, I play mostly fun , and enjoy all 3 versions. Thanks for message take care, I hope I helped some , or someone may explain it better to you.
@kfar, the moves are not (directly) related to the score. The moves are the number of cards that were played. This isn't super exciting in golf (or pyramid)—it makes more sense in games like Freecell or Spider. The score is related to the number of cards you removed from the tableau. There are 35 cards in the tableau, so 35 is the max score. The moves measure how efficient you were with getting that score—so lower moves is better. Hope that explains things.
