I saved the game I was playing to desktop and when I returned later and hit replay it did not respond properly.

This doesn't work, sadly. A long time ago it used to, but when we added high scores we gave up trying to make that work.

One thing we've thought about is adding a feature that automatically saves your current game when you close the window. So that when you come back to the site everything comes back just how you left off (it would act like it's paused when the window is closed). Maybe sometime in the future we'll get around to adding that.
