    I don't know what web browser you have , since I have Google Chrome, I have it on my main screen for chrome it appears automatically below search engine , also I normally click on star on Task Bar and Book Mark and click done when screen comes up to save book mark, you can also drag it to your bottom taskbar by right clicking and hold and drag to bottom taskbar, I hope this helps in your query, as am avid Free Cell fanatic , might be some more computer savvy may show you a different way, Have Fun,

    Also right click green felt screen, click save, it will paste it to your file explorer and appear as recent file, then right click scroll down to send to click on it and click on Desktop shortcut and it will paste icon on your desktop, then you click on it , then click open,when you want to play,
