It sounds like a stray click/accidental right click issue. @charltonb, make sure you aren't accidentally hitting the right mouse button when you click on the cards—that activates the undo feature. Also make sure you click on the cards directly—if you click on the spaces between the card piles it will activate the "Auto Finish" feature. Both of those are there to make the game more convenient, but they can be confusing when they engage and you're not expecting it.
