games will not open - greenfelt screen comes on but no games.

what more can I say? Games will not open!
what does "Body is required" mean????
Free cell does not load properly. There are no cards on the screen and the bar which has New Game, Replay High Score etc does not appear on the screen. I am shut out of the game. Only have access to the forum. Help.
