Answering Complaints
There have been a lot of complaints lately. Now, we all need to complain about things we don't like. What I see a lot of, however, is people making a complaint over and over and over and over and NEVER checking the forum for answers.
David and Jim, maybe you have a way to put a banner on each discussion that says something along the lines of "If you have a complaint, please check back in the forum to see if it's been answered"? Might be a way to get them to look?
